Craig D. Fuller

Craig D. Fuller received his law degree in 1990 from the University of San Diego, School of Law. He has practiced in the areas of general litigation his entire career and has handled cases in the areas of class actions, personal injury, medical malpractice, construction defect, product defect, employment law (both Federal and California) and worker’s compensation. Mr. Fuller has extensive trial experience in both civil and administrative settings and has protected his corporate, municipal and insurance clients from protracted litigations and frivolous claims in the employment arena. He has also recovered tens of millions of dollars for his personal injury and construction defect clients in both California and Nevada.
Mr. Fuller is admitted as a judge for the Inter-Tribal Court of Southern California and has served as both an arbitrator and mediator in civil cases. Mr. Fuller has handled more than 100 trials in a variety of forums, including employment, construction defect, medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Mr. Fuller’s undergraduate degree is from The University of California, San Diego. He has been a member of the American Bar Association, San Diego Bar Association, California Defense Counsel and Inns of Court, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth District Court of Appeal, the Federal District Court for the Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California and all courts in the State of California. He is also licensed to practice in the States of Arizona and Nevada and is a member of the State Bar of both Arizona and Nevada.
Mr. Fuller has lectured extensively on the topics of employment law, workers’ compensation, subrogation and risk management. He has presented seminars at the University of California, San Diego and Irvine campuses, San Diego State University and for numerous insurance companies, third-party administrators and self-insured companies. Mr. Fuller speaks fluent Spanish and is a retired Police Officer after serving for twenty years in the cities of San Diego and Pasadena. Mr. Fuller is also a private pilot which allows him to travel quickly to communities throughout California, Nevada and Arizona. Currently, he handles cases throughout California and east to Arizona. He is an Emeritus Board Member of the San Diego Police Foundation which assists the Police Department in completing its mission to ensure San Diego is the safest large city in America. Mr. Fuller lives in San Diego with his wife of 34 years and enjoys playing competitive golf, cooking, flying airplanes and spending time with their four children and one grandchild.
