Jonathon C. Fuller

Attorney

Jonathon C. Fuller is an experienced attorney advocating for his clients since July 2019 in the areas of employment law, worker’s compensation, elder neglect/abuse, and personal injury.  

Mr. Fuller earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton in 2015 and after graduation began working as an injury claims adjuster at Allstate.  While handling claims Mr. Fuller found a love for analytic thinking, problem solving and negotiation which lead to his decision to attend law school.  Prior to and during law school, Mr. Fuller worked for Fuller Law Group as a clerk learning all aspects of civil litigation and workers’ compensation handling all aspects of the cases with the managing attorney from inception through settlement or trial. 

Mr. Fuller accepted a scholarship to California Western School of Law in San Diego California and while there was selected to be one of only five students to represent the law school in the prestigious Jessup International Moot Court Competition, the oldest and largest international moot court competition in the world.  The team made it to the pacific regional quarter finals and was given high honors for oral argument and legal writing. 

Mr. Fuller also gained real world experience working with California Western’s Community Law Project, assisting low-income citizens with a wide variety of legal concerns.  During the summer of his first year, Mr. Fuller was privileged to be chosen as one of only two candidates to extern for the Honorable Dana Sabraw who sits on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.   While there, he learned federal law and procedure and gained real world experience in the workings and practice of the federal courts. 

During the summer of his second year, Mr. Fuller was again privileged to be chosen to clerk for The Honorable Ming Chin, Associate Justice on the California Supreme Court in San Francisco, California.  Mr. Fuller assisted Justice Chin by providing research and bench memos on a wide variety of issues used by California’s highest court to interpret laws, make decisions and issues directives to all courts below.

Mr. Fuller is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.  When not at the office, Mr. Fuller enjoys time with his wife and son as well as weightlifting and playing competitive golf at a 1 handicap.
